Man Causes Outrage, Sleeps On Lagos Road Fully Na*ked Causing Traffic For Hours [Photos]

A man this morning stripped himself n3ked and took to Apongbon major road to sleep. People who noticed him said they think he is mentally unstable. Motorists however could't climb on him which resulted in traffic.
People tried to call him from afar to get up but he refused, which made some cars carefully bypass him.
