"Often times, we complain about bad leadership whereas it begins with "us" everyone of us have leadership spirit within us. We were all born the same way. It is important to know that the word "Leadership" is not about titles, positions, It is about one life influencing another. How do you influence the people around you? Have you ever been a class captain, senior prefect, group head in your school debate team, a first born? Do you act as an admin for a Whatsapp group, ever assisted the bus driver in collecting money from passengers, a choir director, drama coordinator etc? If given the opportunity, how would you do it? If you find yourself in a leadership position, it is important to let the interest of the people you are ruling matter to you cos "to handle yourself, use your head; to handle others, use your heart". As a leader, your actions should create a legacy that inspires others to dream more, do more and become more. As an excellent leader, you should not only show your followers how to do it but do it with them. It is important to note that people are likely to forget wot u say or do but will never forget how u make them feel. So if uve got the urge to lead, it's important to learn how to serve n be a good follower. My journey thru Nollywood hasn't been smooth, I have learnt to serve n still learning. There is no crown without a cross. " if u are too big to serve then u are too small to lead". The spirit of humility is essential to be a good leader......
