Nigerian-American rapper, Olubowale Victor Akintimehin, better known as 'Wale' is in battle with singer Paul Okoye of P'square (who's part of the organisers) after he failed to show up at the 'One Africa Music Festival, a show reported Wale was hugely pay to perform.
Rapper Wale in response claimed he was present at the show, but was not allowed to perform because he got there late. He also said he has heard nothing about the lawsuit.
According to reports, Paul Okoye wants his money back, plus interest.
