 Horcelie Sinda Wa Mbongo is an HIV positive lady who was crowned the winner at the 2017 Miss Congo in UK pageant, which held at Stratford Town Hall, last weekend.

 After winning the competition, the newly crowned queen said: 'I’m happy I’ve won at least something in my life. My story has warmed people’s hearts and that’s the most important thing.'
The 22-year-old, who is a student at the Chelsea College of Arts in the UK, reportedly discovered her HIV status at the age of 11. She was HIV positive from birth.[See More Photos Below]
