So on Tuesday, 6th of June 2017, filmakers, Yoruba movie actors, actresses and guests would hold a memorial service and artist night in honour of late versatile actress, Moji Olaiya who died last month.

The secretary of the burial committee for Moji Olaiya's burial, Yomi Fabiyi made this known via Instagram page.
His words below:
"FOR YOUR ATTN: FILM MAKERS, COLLEAGUES & GUESTS. On Tuesday 6th June @ THE MEMORIAL SERVICE AND ARTIST NIGHT. In other to have a beffitting and decent GENERAL OUTLOOK, let us try as much as possible to keep our attires uniform(BLACK) as pictured here. Simple Black and Corporate as possible. MODERATE MAKE UP IS EXPECTED. We shall be providing maximum security and ushering. The atmosphere will be condusive for all status. * AGE has nothing to do with tribute, memorial service or artiste night for any colleague no matter the age. The Committee expects all colleagues who are available to attend in other TO PAY LATE MOJI OLAIYA THE LAST RESPECT, DEATH IS A DEBT WE ALL OWE. No moral, social or taditional consequence if older colleagues attend. We will all live long by his grace. Please do not discourage anyone. The Committee is working hard to ensuring a befitting programme that will commensurate of the status of the deceased and industry at large.
