Policeman Abba Kyari Reveals How He Was Able To Catch Billionaire Kidnapper Evans As He Acknowledged Him As Intelligent

When asked how he was able to arrest Evans who have been on the Police radar for 5 years now, Head of the Intelligence Response Team, Abba Kyari said he had to hire an okada rider from Ikeja GRA to enable him move faster to the residence of the kidnapper located at Magodo GRA Phase II due to the usual traffic situation on Lagos roads after he had been informed by his men deployed in the area that Evans was making preparations to leave the mansion in no time.

He also added that when he got another call that Evans might drive out any moment, he instructed them to give him warning shots to announce their presence, and that kept him indoors until he(Abba) got there.
