Not more than a month after losing her precious daughter, Yoruba actress, Remi Surutu has just launched her music career although she hasn't dropped acting.
Star veteran actress revealed this in an interview with popular TV show {Asabe Africa TV}, stating that this is also coming on as a shock to her as music something she thought she has already left since the only time she practiced was as a teenager in church.
According to her, it was surprising how she just told her producer one morning to create beats for her who thought she was joking as he had never seen her sing until she started singing and he was impressed!
Sending a copy of her work to her brother, he was so surprised at what his sister can do and because he didn't want to lose such talent to someone else, he decided to sign her and invest all in her to make sure her music goes far.
The actress also revealed in the interview that she does not want people to start thinking she’s copying other people in the Nollywood industry who are singing.
