This Ugandan man have been trending after he opened up that he watched a woman drown. Although, he could swim and he even thought of jumping into the water to save her. But he had his phones in his pockets and there was nobody to give it to.


The woman was said to have drowned while running away from Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) who were trying to stop her from hawking her handkerchiefs.
