Breaking! Davido May Face Life Imprisonment Over His Late Friend, Tagbo's Death [Must See]

According to a Legal practitioner, earlier today revealed popular popstar, David Adeleke 'Davido' could land himself in jail over the death of his late friend, Tagbo Umeike.
His words below:

"If the police say the Tagbo died of suffocation because he was locked in Davido's car. That would be manslaughter. Murder would mean it was premeditated. Manslaughter means it could have been unknowingly done. But again we don’t know yet what the police will charge him with".
According to reports coming in, Tagbo was at a lounge in Lagos to celebrate his birthday when he became unconscious and was brought into a hospital by three of Davido's associates and the car has since been recovered from Davido's home in Lagos.
Well, according to the Lawyer, Section 317 defines manslaughter as 'A person who unlawfully kills another in such circumstances as not to constitute murder is guilty of manslaughter.'
This few days has not been best of times for Davido as he's currently mourning two other friends who died of same.
