1) No 1 on our list are the Gentry's. Star actress, Mercy Aigbe couldn't take it anymore, she came out on social media to talk of how her husband, Mr Lanre assault her, which later led to Mercy leaving the house with her kids. 

2) Star actress, Tonto Dikeh and her estranged hubby, Oladunni Churchill came as a massive shock as the couple are always seen together at every event and always having lovable things to say to eachother. 

They however went their different ways after alleged cheating, the estranged couple has since been dissing eachother on social media platforms.  

3) Celebrity couple, Patrick and Iretiola Doyle also parted ways last year. Their marriage of over 20 years crashed. The veteran broadcaster cum actor is now a single man, likewise his superstar wife, Ireti.
