Chika Lann, makes N40 millioin Hair for PVC campaign.

Nigerian Model and Tv actress, Chika Lann, has revealed that her hairstyle cost 40 million Naira, she came out boldly to the Balogun market area of Lagos to encourage voters to go and get their PVC

 With her signature hairstyle which drew wide attention and caused business activities to pause, Chika advised that the only way Nigerians can get their voices heard is through their PVCs.
