Before the inception of the WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter and other messaging platforms that we have now, there was Yahoo! messenger, though it is now unpopular but still in existence, it will be shut down by July 17, the company has a new chat service called Squirrel which is rumoured to replace Yahoo!
