LOBATAN! Top Nigerian Abroad Based Drug-Lord Caught & Arrested In Kenya [Seriously Crying]

Kenyan Police has arrested a suspected Nigerian drug lord, Emmanuel Peter Inobemhe at the country's capital, Nairobi.
According to reports, Inobemhe has been deported from Kenya for more than twice over the drug issues and still wondered why he kept coming back to the country.

Inobemhe and another Nigerian, Anthony Chinedu, were arrested in 2013 for their involvement in trafficking of hard drugs and was again deported three months later following a presidential order.
Inobemhe however sneaked back into the Kenya some months ago, but was arrested in Donholm estate with a Kenyan woman. When he was arrested, he revealed that he came to the country from Tanzania via the Namanga border.
