The 37 year old woman known as Prudence Khumalo from Mpumalanga, South Africa was looking forward to giving birth to her bundle of joy, but little did she know that a big shock awaited her in the delivery room.
According to reports, the woman was shocked when the doctor after pulling out the first baby, pulled out another one, little did the woman know another shock awaits her, the doctor said there was another baby and that was how she gave birth to triplets when she thought she was carry just a baby.
