Relief as Actress Jumoke George’s Missing Daughter Returns Home After Four Years

After four long years of fear and uncertainty, Nollywood veteran actress Jumoke George has been reunited with her daughter, Adeola, who was previously declared missing.

According to Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairperson of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), Adeola was a victim of human trafficking and was taken to Mali. Fortunately, she has now been safely rescued and returned to Nigeria.

She was warmly received by actress Biola Adebayo and actor Niyi Johnson, who supported the reunion process.

Jumoke George had earlier gone public with her distress, tearfully revealing that she hadn’t heard from her daughter in years and that all efforts to find her had failed. She had feared the worst, but her daughter’s safe return has now brought immense relief and gratitude.

The incident sheds more light on the dangers of trafficking and the continued need for vigilance and support for families affected by such heartbreaking situations.
