Adunni Ade Vows to Expose Colleague After Winning N20 Million Defamation Case

Nollywood actress Adunni Ade has vowed to expose a fellow colleague whom she accuses of spreading false information about her to a blogger, following her recent court victory over a defamatory publication that linked her to former senator Dino Melaye.

Celebrating the legal win, Adunni shared the news on social media, writing:

“I won my case – Adunni Ade vs. Polace Media Limited. A false story was published about me, but the truth stood tall. This judgment reaffirms that privacy matters – and so does integrity. Justice delayed isn’t justice denied.”

The Lagos High Court ruled in her favor, awarding her ₦20 million in damages and ordering the immediate removal of her name and image from the publication. She also expressed heartfelt gratitude to her lawyer, Olumide Babalola, for his dedication and hard work throughout the case.

In a strong message directed at those dodging legal accountability, Adunni said:

“You who are running up and down avoiding court papers, please stand still so you can be served.”

Turning her attention to the colleague she claims fed the false story to blogger Cutie Julls, she continued:

“To you, my fellow actress who told a false story to Cutie Julls, don’t worry—very soon the world will know the kind of snake you are. Envy and bitterness live and breathe in you. You are deadly! You must have forgotten what you showed me in my room?”

Adunni concluded by thanking the Nigerian judiciary for delivering justice, stressing that her victory serves as a reminder that privacy, integrity, and truth still matter in the entertainment industry.
