Veteran Nollywood actor Dele Odule has opened up about the reason behind his recent emotional Instagram posts, revealing that they were inspired by heartbreak caused by a 200-level student.
He made the confession during a live session with content creator Kamo State, who had earlier expressed concern over the actor’s posts. Odule, however, did not mention the student’s name or the school involved.
The live conversation took a humorous turn when a voice in the background teased him for not eating his food, making viewers laugh.
After his revelation, social media users began debating whether his heartbreak story was genuine or a publicity stunt.
One of Odule’s emotional posts read:
“Leaving me is okay. People leave all the time; I’m used to it. What hurts is when you make me feel special one day and unwanted the next. After saying the meanest things, you come back to say you never meant them. You are mean, but I’ll crush your ego with silence. I’ll never allow anyone to make me feel I’m not enough.”
While some fans showed sympathy, others suggested the veteran actor might be using the story to gain attention online.
