Priscilla Ojo, daughter of Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo, has celebrated her baby boy, Rakeem, as he clocks 3 months today.
The proud mum posted a sweet video on Instagram showing moments with her son. She called him their “little bundle of joy” who has completed their family. Priscilla said motherhood has been easy with him, and his bright eyes melt her heart every day. She added that Rakeem has brought so much happiness into their home and has made her love for her husband, Juma Jux, even stronger.
In an emotional message, she thanked her husband for the journey and promised to give her son the world.
It will be recalled that Priscilla and her Tanzanian husband, singer Juma Jux, welcomed their first child on August 24th in Canada. The baby boy was named Prince Raheem Ayomide Mkambala.
In September, the couple celebrated his 40-day milestone with a family gathering in Tanzania.
Priscilla has also been open about her motherhood journey. She shared her labour story, revealing she was rushed to the hospital at 3 a.m. because of intense contractions. She joked that all her plans to “slay” and create cute content in the hospital vanished once the pain started.
She also praised her mother, actress Lola Alao, for being her biggest support system during postpartum recovery. According to her, they handled almost everything so she could rest and heal, and she feels blessed to come from a strong line of women.
Priscilla and Juma Jux had their grand wedding ceremonies earlier this year across Tanzania and Nigeria, held in February, April, and May.
