Nigerian celebrity couple Mr Eazi and Temi Otedola have spoken openly about the stress and disagreements they faced while planning their weddings.


In a recent interview, the couple revealed that they held three weddings in three different countries within just three months, a decision they admitted was overwhelming and demanding. According to them, planning one event after another took a toll on them and led to moments of stress and disagreement.



Temi explained that their initial plan was to have a simple and quiet court wedding in Nigeria. However, they quickly realised that privacy would be difficult to achieve. She noted that having a courthouse wedding in Nigeria would not give them the level of privacy they wanted.


As an alternative, the couple considered bringing court officials into their home for a private civil ceremony. While Temi liked the idea, Mr Eazi was not fully comfortable with it. This difference of opinion forced them to reconsider their plans once again.


They later thought about having the wedding in the United Kingdom, but Temi said it did not feel personal enough for her. After much discussion, the couple finally agreed on Monaco as the location for their civil wedding, which Temi described as more meaningful and sentimental.


Reflecting on the experience, Temi admitted that she initially thought marriage was simply about making a decision and signing papers. She said she later realised that getting married involves a lot of planning, paperwork, and administration.


The couple’s honest revelation has given fans a rare glimpse into the challenges behind their glamorous weddings, showing that even celebrity love stories come with real-life pressures.
