Dayo Amusa Warns Vendors Against Using Her Name and Images Without Permission

Nollywood actress Dayo Amusa has issued a strong warning to business owners and vendors, cautioning them against using her name, pictures, or videos to promote their products without her approval.

In a statement shared on her official Instagram page, the actress made it clear that buying a product or service does not mean she is obligated to advertise it. She explained that paying for an item does not give any business the right to expect free publicity or social media mentions from her.

Amusa stressed that no one should tag her brand or use her images for marketing without her direct permission. According to her, any business that ignores this instruction will face consequences.

She also clarified that she does not run any charity organization apart from her Dayo Amusa Foundation, warning the public not to associate her with any other initiative.

In her words, she stated that anyone who uses her content for promotional purposes without consent “will hear from her,” emphasizing that her image and brand must not be exploited without proper authorization.

Her statement has since drawn attention online, with many supporters backing her stance on protecting her personal brand and intellectual property.
