It is a moment of deep sorrow for Nollywood actress Faithia Williams and her family following the death of her mother.
The actress, who turned 55 on Thursday, February 5, revealed that her mother passed away on the eve of her birthday celebration. Faithia explained that although her actual birthday fell on Thursday, she decided to hold the celebration on Sunday. Sadly, unknown to her at the time, her mother died just before the party, and the news was kept from her.
Sharing her pain, Faithia said the reality of her mother’s death has not fully sunk in. She described her late mother as her biggest supporter, prayer warrior, best friend, and someone she shared special moments and conversations with. According to her, losing her mother feels like losing many things at once.
