Nollywood actor Saidi Balogun has publicly expressed pride in his ex-wife, Faithia Williams, following the successful premiere of her movie Efunroye: The Unicorn.
The highly anticipated film premiere attracted many Nollywood stars, with colleagues turning out in large numbers to support the actress and filmmaker.
Sharing clips from the event, Saidi described the movie as outstanding and congratulated Faithia on her achievement.
In his words:
“Unarguably outstanding. Efunroye: The Unicorn by Faithia Balogun. A must watch! Congratulations… I am proud of you. Coming to cinemas nationwide and beyond from May 1, 2026. Insha Allah, it is already a success.”
The premiere also drew attention online as the former couple arrived together, dressed in matching outfits alongside one of their sons, sparking admiration from fans.
During the event, Faithia also praised Saidi, describing him as a veteran filmmaker, director, and screen icon. She acknowledged his contribution to her movie and referred to him as a true legend whose journey continues to inspire many.
Despite their divorce, both actors have maintained a cordial relationship, with their recent public appearance highlighting their strong bond and mutual respect.
