Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has spoken out to women dealing with toxic relationships, sharing a strong message about emotional struggles many women face.
In a video posted on her Instagram page, the actress said a book she recently read made her reflect deeply on relationships and self-worth. She explained that many women appear calm on the outside while silently تحمل emotional pain.
According to her, some women who are beautiful, kind, soft-spoken, and strong still find themselves with men who give little effort but expect full commitment. She described such situations as unhealthy and unfair.
In her words, she said:
“This book got to me because it asked the kind of question women feel in the spirit long before they say them out loud. What’s the point of being desired if you are not deeply chosen? What is the point of being chosen if there is no faithfulness?
I’m not even going to lie… this book touched a nerve. Because too many women have mastered the art of looking calm while emotionally carrying nonsense. Pretty face. Good heart. Soft voice. Strong woman. And still dealing with a man who wants full access with half intention.”
Regina Daniels encouraged women to reflect on their relationships and know their value, as her message has sparked conversations online about love, commitment, and emotional well-being.
