Nigerian socialite and music promoter Samson Erinfolami Balogun, popularly known as Sam Larry, has spoken publicly for the first time after surviving a serious road accident along the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway in Lagos State.
According to reports, the accident happened over the weekend when the vehicle carrying Sam Larry and his bouncer collided with a trailer. The impact left the car badly damaged. While Sam Larry survived the crash and was rushed to the hospital for treatment, his bouncer sadly lost his life.
Speaking during a live video from his hospital bed, Sam Larry assured fans that his condition is improving and revealed that doctors expect to discharge him soon. However, he disclosed that he is currently unable to walk and will have to use a wheelchair for some time as he continues his recovery.
Despite his injuries, the music promoter expressed gratitude for surviving the accident. He also addressed the negative comments and speculations circulating on social media following the crash, saying many people had wished him harm.
Sam Larry maintained that he is innocent and said God knows the truth about everything that has been said concerning him. He thanked God for sparing his life and remained hopeful as he continues to recover from the accident.
