Popular Yoruba movie actor, Olaniyi Afonja better known as Sanyeri has made a shocking revelation that he used to be a shoe maker before God smiled on him and got the opportunity of becoming a celebrity in Nigeria.

In recent interview with PUNCH Newspaper, the comic actor reveals the suffering he had to endure was really extreme. He reveals after finishing secondary education, there was no job so he had to delved into becoming a shoe cobbler. He however left his hometown in Oyo town and came to find greener pastures in Lagos.
