A friend to the reality show star, claims the mother of two isn't rushing to file papers, she is planning her steps for next year.
The 36 year old doesn't want to make any decisions until Kanye West has fully recovered from depression which got him hospitalized for almost a week.
According to the friend,  Kim feels staying in marriage has got her trapped for a while, she needed to be free.
