Gianni Infanito is positive that his ruling council will tomorrow accept his proposal to expand the teams playing the World cup to 48 from the previous 32 for the 2026 World Cup, with 16 groups and 3 teams in each.The 32 team method has being in use since 1998 and will hold for 2018 and 2022 World cups in Russia And Qatar respectively.
