Detectives from Lagos State Criminal Investigations Department Homicide Department have arrested a policeman simply identified as Chelsea for allegedly shooting and killing a 21-yr-old Qouzeem Hassan while he was praying in the Island area of Lagos.

The policeman who is attached to Lion Building Station had his gun slipping and the rifle corked exploded,pumping three bullets into the stomach,knee and right hand of the victim,Quozeem.Quozeem who was immediately rushed to the hospital died on arriving there.Person that was just praying jeje....Na wa ooo
