Shondel Williamson,a 26-yr-old lady after finding all the strength in her to walk away with her two sons from a violent marriage of ten years that has been nothing but abuse has jumped from frying pan to fire.

Apparently,her ex-husband who is also the father of the boys attacked Shondel with acid downing from her face down which affected her nose eyes and upper region of her body as they all burnt off.

The violent "psychopath",identified as Alfred De Younge was said to have disguised as a lady to meet with Shondel at her friend's house where she was squatting and poured acid on her and kept saying “If I can't have you, no one else can”.Shondel was hospitalized for 9 weeks battling for her sight as her face was badly disfigured and the level of injuries on her face are so grave,she had to travel overseas to reconstruct her face and get her sight back.Good for her,a Non Governmental Organization helped her get treatment services at one of the top US hospitals where she is be treated well.

Despite her ordeals,Shondel hopes to become a lawyer for domestic violence and also wants women and men in a relationship where they are been abused to walk away before it's late.
