Nollywood screen goddess,Angela Okorie last week celebrated her birthday and as usual with the less privileged before which she took to her social media handle to flush it with photos to celebrate her day.
However, the actress revealed that she would have been uploading her last photos that day or with the caption "Rest In Peace" if not for the intervention of God.According to her,she was returning from the motherless babies' home with her brother driving slowly since the road was rough and full of potholes.Suddenly,he asked her to bend her head because she was not paying attention.By the time she would know what was going on,robbers had crossed them and alighted with guns. They approached them cocking their guns, ready to shoot only for some Nigerian Customs Officers to show up and intervene. Her brother seized the opportunity and zoomed off and that was how they scaled through.“I believe it was God that sent those Customs guys to us because they were not on the road and they came out from nowhere. When I saw the robbers, I was scared but I had faith in God. I wonder what would have happened if God was not on my side.”She said.
