Policemen Threatens Man With Guns To Withdraw #140,000 From An ATM

Four Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) officers have been arrested after they used guns to force,Apagbo John,to an ATM and withdrew 140,000 in order to spare his life.The suspects,two inspectors and two sergeants have been transferred to X-squad in Ikeja.

The incident happened around 10pm in Agbara along Badagdry expressway.John was driving home with his parent's car when he was crossed by the policemen and tagged him a robber and even threatened to kill him.John pleaded to the policemen asking them to take all he had including the vehicle just to spare his life.The policemen then took him to their office and told him he would live if only he gave them a certain amount of money.John complied telling them he had an ATM card with 140000k in the account.They followed him to a ATM stand with their guns,he withdrew all the 140,000 and they claimed it was not enough so they locked him up.Meanwhile,the money withdrew was for John's dad who received alerts upon alerts.Making various inquiries,John's parent were able to the station where John was detained.It was then the reports of the evil doings of the officers got to the Commander cause she was still in her office and she immediately ordered their arrest,collected the money and gave it back to John.The suspects are currently in detention helping with some statement before they may face orderly-room trial
