We'll Teach You Manners! Tourist In Dubai To Face Six Month Jail Term For Flicking Middle in Dubai

 Jamil Mukadam,a british tourist in Dubai is facing a six months jail term or paying a huge amount of money after he was seen flicking his middle finger.
Jamil who claims he made the sign (which was a public offence) at a motorist while he was driving a hired car went to Leicester after the obscenity in February and was arrested and kept in a cell when he travelled back to Dubai this month.Jamil was granted bail but was not allowed outside the country as his passport has been seized by the police and he is awaiting a court hearing while he lodged into a £60 per night hotel.
