A Nigerian man, Ojay, proposed to his girlfriend in a very romantic and unique manner. He rented a billboard at CMS, a very busy location in Marina, Lagos to propose to Tamilore.
After all that had played out, the big question followed and obviously after all that, the lady won't say No! LOL
