His lawyer, Mr. Norrison Quakers (SAN) tells the Federal High Court in Lagos that his Client Mr Femi Fani Kayode, Former Aviation Minister is hospitalized and down with heart diseases after he refused to show up for his hearing today in the court.
The Former minister is in court for an alleged fraud of N4.9bn.
