Nigerian Man Didn't Send The Police, Continues Smoking His Marijuana Despite His Arrest In Lagos

Police Commander, Tunji Disu, took to Twitter to share photos of an unbothered man who continued smoking his marijuana while being led away by policemen. This man did make the top list of unbothered people in the world.
