Risikat Adeniyi Adegeye, one of the wife of Juju music legend, King Sunny Ade, is in a legal tussle over an unpaid N45.4 million debt outstanding loan to Sterling Bank.
She is in court to contest the order granted the Asset Management Company of Nigeria (AMCON) to take possession of the property which was used as collateral to secure the loan.
It was further revealed that both parties may soon reach an agreement to settle the case out of court.
