The Spanish football federation (RFEF) has sacked their head Coach, Julen Lopetegui after he was named the new Manager for Real Madrid just a day before the Fifa 2018 World cup and two days before his first atch against portugal.
The Spanish Football body revealed the 51-year-old was fired because the negotiation occurred "without any information to the RFEF". Fernando Hierro, the Spain sporting director will take charge for the World Cup.
