Some days ago, Buhari released photos of himself walking in the streets of Daura as he walked 800 metres, he was hailed and also condemned by people including former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, he also used that opportunity to blast the President and told us the president is a fitness freak...
The President twitter handle explains the reason for the trek.
He tweeted....
''Much has been said about my walk in Daura,a few days ago. I didn't do it to prove my fitness to anybody. The people of my constituency came out in large numbers to see me, and the car in which I was had tinted windows. So I decided to come out of the car so the people could see me''.
