Governor Ajimobi: How I Washed Dead Bodies For 10 Years


Oyo State governor, Ajimobi said he washed dead bodies for 10 years as he used the money to pay his school fees while schooling in abroad.

He said this yesterday at a south-west youth regional summit in Osogbo, he told youth to have positive mindset towards hardwork, he said his parent sent only 30 dollars all through while he was abroad, he said he had to look for a way to survive, thats what moved him to washing dead bodies.

He added he left Nigeria in 1963 to study abroad, he said whenever he goes home after the days work, he always weep remembering the numbers of dead bodies he washed.

His boss at work told him not to be scared adding that such feeling is normal for new comers. He always encourage him to see those dead bodies as iced fish.

He said he survived all challenges and is now encouraging youth of the next generation not to give up. "This is or chance as youth to come together and also Yoruba to chart a successful pathway for the country"

Ajimobi is now urging Yoruba leaders and governors to unite for the progress of the Yoruba race.
