Angry Nigerians Tell Ogun state govt officials To Go And Arrest Oyedepo After Arresting A Pastor For Having More Than 50 Members In His Church Sunday Morning

The Ogun state task force yesterday morning shut down the Apostolic church in Sagamu, and arrested the presiding pastor for ridiculing the order of the state government not to have more than 50 persons in any gathering.

The state governor, Dapo Abiodun, gave the ban as a feature of measures to shorten the spread of Coronavirus in the state.

A twitter user who saw the minute the police raged the church and effected the arrest of the pastor and sealing of the church, shared a video online.

In the interim Nigerians are inquiring as to why the same taskforce did not go to Ota where tycoon clergyman, David Oyedepo of Winners Chapel, held a service sunday morning with more than 50 persons allegedly in attendance.
