You will remember this famous believe that God can call anybody at whenever to work for him. This time, not by any means our Nollywood celebrities are left out. In spite of the fact that a portion of these Nollywood big names have given themselves to the work of God, they won't be forgotten for their hard-work in the movie industry. They educate, engage, and entertained Nigerians with their skillful acting before taking a a last bow by embracing their spiritual calling.
The following are the 5 Nollywood celebrities who are now pastors;
(1) Mama Rainbow
Mama Rainbow is the founder of a Cherubim and Seraphim church in Ojodu area of Lagos. Her turning into a minister of God is not strange to her as her late dad was one. She is an actress who is yet to leave Nollywood but also practices both side by side. . She also goes to other churches to minister.
(2) Eucharia Anunobi
Eucharia Anunobi was appointed as a minister at Fresh Oil Ministry International, Egbeda, Lagos on Sunday 5th February 2012. The ordination of Eucharia was performed by Pastor Psalm Okpe, joined by other men of God.
Eucharia Anunobi was popularly known for her unrivalled skills in Nollywood.
(3) Liz Benson
Liz Benson is a similar screen goddess that excited all in the 90s. She became wanted after she disappeared from the lime light and before anyone could say anything, she has given her life to Christ and got married a pastor, Pastor Great Ameye of the Freedom Family Assembly International Churh, Jesse, Delta State.
(4) Zack Orji
A Veteran and actor Zack Orji is an ordained pastor of Power Line Bible Church under Bishop Lawrence Osagie. He is known for his exceptionall role in the movie "Glamour girls" back in the day, Zack Orji acted unclad with fellow actress Eucharia Anunobi. Zack Orji slowed down on acting and embraced the pulpit in 2012.
(5)Kanayo O Kanayo
A Veteran and actor, Kanayo O.Kanayo is mostly seen teaching the word of God at Christ Mission Worldwide Church, Egbeda. In spite of the fact that he doesn't preach there regularly, it is said that the number of church members has grown since the day he first preached there.
