Court Passes Judgment on Naira Marley


After the arrest and arraignment of Naira Marley for going Funke Akindele’s party, the court has chosen to pass their judgment after he spent 2 days in the cell. As indicated by Mr Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa (SAN), one of the defence counsel, the government pulled back the four counts recorded as a detriment to the three respondents.

Naira Marley, represented by the daughter of K1 de Ultimate, Barrister Damilola Ayinde Marshal, was given 3 conditions to fulfill as his punishment.

The state government chose to pull back the case requested that he do the accompanying;

1. letter of apology to Lagos state government.

2. an undertaking never to commit such offense .

3. 14 days self isolation

Review that Naira Marley surrendered himself  when he was wanted by the police for attending a house party hosted by Funke Akindele and her husband.
