Unknown Man Caught In Abuja Picking Out Used Sanitary Pads In Dustbin. (Video)

A man yet-to-be identified has been seized for picking out used sanitary pads from a dustbin in an Abuja estate.

The man claimed innocence after he was confronted by the lady who disposed the used item in the dustbin together with a male occupant of the estate.

The lady who disposed it however accused him of specifically searching for the used sanitary pad as she said that she carefully placed the used items in a  "nylon'' , before disposing it.
