Late Ibidun Ajayi-Ighodalo's mother had planned to give her a house for her 40th birthday on the 19th of July.
Her brother-in-law, Asuen Ighodalo, who revealed this on Saturday afternoon at her funeral service, said Ibidun's mum was almost done with her daughter's house she wanted to give.
Ibidun Ighodalo's mother wanted her husband on her birthday to be the one to present her the house.

Before her demise, Ibidun Ituah-Ighodalo, the former beauty queen and businesswoman, posted a stunning picture of herself, her mum and daughter, showing three generations of beauty. Accompanying the picture was an insightful essay on her life philosophy.
‘’My mum always said that it is the people around you that will hurt you the most .Be careful of the people who have access to you and whose words mean a lot cos they can make or mar you. Never let anyone make you feel less of who you are… Be careful what you say to people for your word is like an egg once broken you can never take it back. No matter what anyone says or does to you, take it to God because He sees your heart, He knows how you truly feel. Let them call you names, judge you and say the nastiest things bout you it’s okay… you know the truth and so does the Almighty. God bless us all”. - Ibidun wrote.
