"To All The Responsible Father" Mercy Aigbe Celebrate Herself On Father's Day As She Shades Her Ex husband, Lanre Gentry.

Mercy Aigbe, a successful Nollywood actress, took her Instagram page to shade her ex husband, Lanre Gentry by celebrating her today, father's day, and also celebrating all responsible fathers, leaving her son's father out.

She is a father, according to the mother of two, because she is a single parent, playing both the role of a mother and father in the life of her children. However, the 42-year-old prayed to God to let all responsible fathers and single parents reap the fruits of their labour.

Sharing a very beautiful photo of herself, the screen diva wrote;

“Happy Father’s Day to me, to all the responsible fathers out there and all single parents who play the dual role, may we eat the fruits of our labour in Jesus name ..Thank you Jehovah for Grace ..Happy Sunday my lovelies”

Recall that about a year ago, the actress moved out of her husband 's house with her two children, Michelle and Juwon, over domestic violence allegations.

While not much has been learned about Mercy 's marriage but her estranged husband, Lanre Gentry revealed in a recent interview that he is in a good relationship with the the actress.

“Me and Mercy are not fighting. If I want to see her, I would call her and if she needs anything, she also calls me. We have a good rapport. God has the final say over our relationship and He knows how it would turn out in the future. I take care of my children. I can’t speak for other fathers but I carry out my responsibilities as a man. I still see Mercy as a part of me. It’s only a mentally unstable man that would leave a woman with children to go and fend for herself. I pay my children’s school fees diligently and I thank God that their mother is also taking good care of them. It’s not easy for a woman to work and also take care of the children.” He said.
