In remembrance of her late daughter, Nollywood actress, Remi Surutu took to her Instagram page to mourn her.

Sharing photos of her late daughter, the actress wrote:

Recall that her late daughter, Elizabeth Ayomikun Oladayo gave up the ghost on the 2nd of July, 2017.


It was said that the beautiful young lady has been battling the dreaded sickle cell anemia since she was born which was ultimately the cause of her death.

From the note Femi Davies, a friend to the actress dropped on his Instagram page, it was clear that the deceased was sick of being a burden on her mum as her parting words urged her mother to lead a happier life after her death. “Remi let me leave u to go and rest so that you can live a good life.” she said.

The deceased was buried at Ebony Vaults in Ikoyi on Thursday, July 6.
