Popular Nigerian player and Bordeaux striker, Samuel Kalu has been tested positive for Corona-virus.
AFP stated that Samuel Kalu, who was quarantined in France, was an unidentified player who appeared to have contracted COVID-19 on 6 July.
Kalu has reportedly missed the teams training sessions since the resumption of football and might be left out of the team for the pre-season matches.
Kalu is supposed to join the rest of the team in late July if his test later turns out to be Negative.
This comes after the Super Eagles player and the Genk striker, Paul Onuachu, recovered from the disease.
