Actress Funke Akindele Cries Out, Beg Fans To Watch Her New Movie Says "I Gave This Omo Ghetto Saga My All"

 

Funke Akindele, a famous actress and film maker, has pleaded with her fans to see her latest film, The Saga, Omo Ghetto, once it hits the cinemas on Christmas day.

“2020!! My year of never giving up despite all the challenges!!! #omoghettothesaga our movie!! Your movie!!

I gave this project my all!!Guys, Please make sure you all go out to watch this movie from the 25th of Dec (XMAS DAY) in all cinemas nationwide!!!” Reminiscent of the efforts she put into the film, Funke Akindele wrote after Sunday night's successful star studded film premiere.

Remembers that the actress skipped the burial ceremony of her father to shoot some scenes for the film alongside Eniola Badmus in Dubai, earlier this year.

The film Omo Ghetto (The Saga), directed by Abiodun Olarenwaju and produced by Funke Akindele-Bello, is a follow-up from Omo Ghetto, which was released a few years ago.

Funke Akindele-Bello, Peju Ogunmola, Eniola Badmus, Bimbo Thomas, Rachel Oniga, Adebayo Salami, Taiwo Hassan, Yinka Quadri, Ronke Ojo, Bisi Komolafe are the stars of this film, following the lives of two identical twins who live separate lives.

The tragic incident sheds further light on their birth, their fatherhood, and their troubling behaviour.

The sequel to this classic – Omo Ghetto (The Saga) – is due for release on 25 December 2020.

The film was announced for the first time in February 2020 with Funke Akindele-Bello sharing a snapshot of herself and Eniola Badmus on Instagram.
