A fast-rising Nollywood star, David Mela, is dead.

David died on Monday evening, Jan 11, after suffering from an unexplained ailment, according to Idoma Voice.

For weeks prior to his passing, he had not posted on social media.

Fans took to his old posts after news of his death to mourn him.
