Opeyemi Aiyeola, a Yoruba actress, has taken to Instagram to encourage her fans to give love a chance regardless.
The actress and producer posted pictures of herself, advising fans not to miss out on positive things because of poor experiences they might have had in the past.
She wrote;
”Give love a chance. Don’t expect perfection. Understand that there will be mistakes. Know what to hold onto and what to let go. Don’t bring tons of baggage to a new space and experience, develop meaningful relationships with people you know are willing to match your efforts. Everyone is not out to hurt you…. don’t miss out on a beautiful thing because you’re insecure. He isn’t him and she isn’t her. Allow people to prove you that they are in for the long run”
